I understand that as an Opportunity Guide, I am not a mentor and will not serve in any formal or informal counseling capacity. No personal contact with the job seeker is required or suggested. All engagement will be through our virtual platform, and follow-up with individual job seekers will be coordinated by the sponsoring agency and coach.
