An Opportunity Guide (OG) is a professional with over ten years of industry experience who provides information and strategies for building meaningful career connections. OGs commit to spending just 15 minutes a quarter to share advice, insights, and practical strategies to help job seekers ages 18-65 build professional social capital through our Social Capital Smart AI coaching platform. Through this initiative, OGs equip job seekers with the tools they need to navigate the hidden job market, establish impactful networks, and pursue professional opportunities that often remain out of reach.

Join us as an Opportunity Guide and be the catalyst for transformative change in someone’s career journey. Our Social Capital Smart (SCS) Opportunity Connections program is designed to bridge the gap for job seekers, ages 18-65, who have completed our course but may lack the critical connections and confidence to navigate professional relationships within their industry.

Your Role: To share insight, industry knowledge, and inspiration with aspiring “Opportunity Seekers” through brief monthly contributions to our AI-powered Social Capital Coaching platform. This platform will intelligently integrate your insights, making them accessible and actionable for all Social Capital Smart participants. With less than 10 minutes a month, your guidance can open doors and shape the career paths of job seekers, equipping them with the tools they need to confidently engage with industry stakeholders.

Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to connect directly with graduates during our virtual “Career Connections Spotlight” sessions, where you can share your journey, provide real-time feedback, and inspire the next generation of professionals.
